Reminiscent of the classic skimmer, this hat features a stiff flat crown and brim with a striped red and blue grosgrain ribbon accent. Skimmer hats, also called boaters, were a staple summer headgear, especially for boating or sailing. Now, they are often associated with barbershop quartets and jazz bands.
